Get Your Party On!

Listen Up People! This is for real. March is National Nutrition Month, and I just thought you'd want to know that the Produce for Better Health Foundation is urging y'all to eat your veggies or suffer the consequences -- packed bowels and muffin tops. I'm sounding the alarm so nobody's caught off guard when the carnival of crunch and color explodes.

Top Reasons to Eat MORE Fruits & Vegetables
Besides convenience, they offer color (eye candy), texture (touchy, feely) and flavor (tongue love). They're low in Calories. And, drum roll here, . . . PBH says eating plenty of fruits and veggies "may" help reduce the risk of many diseases, including heart disease, high blood pressure, and some cancers, while delivering max amounts of Vitamins & Minerals (Fred Flintstone eat your heart out).

Besides that, fruits and veggies are like Anime, they come with their own sound and animation -- crunch, squirt, pop, peel and zing. Please pass the edamame.
